- Document cases meticulously in Salesforce to ensure seamless team collaboration
- Collaborate with engineering teams to escalate technical issues and drive product improvements
- Maintain a 95%+ customer satisfaction score through proactive communication
- Train new support agents on product knowledge and troubleshooting protocols
- Analyze support trends to identify opportunities for process optimization
Qualifications
- 2+ years of technical customer support experience in SaaS or hardware industries
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and ticketing systems
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities with analytical thinking skills
- Fluency in English with additional Spanish language skills a strong plus
- Proficiency in G Suite and Microsoft Office 365
- Ability to multitask effectively in a high-volume support environment
