Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with exceptional efficiency
- Troubleshoot technical issues using CRM systems and diagnostic tools
- Document interactions and maintain accurate case records in Salesforce
- Collaborate with engineering teams to escalate complex technical problems
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction metrics
- Participate in ongoing training to master product knowledge
Qualifications
- 1+ years of customer service or technical support experience
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce/Zendesk preferred)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Flexible availability including occasional evenings/weekends
