Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with empathy and efficiency
- Document interactions in CRM systems and escalate complex issues to senior specialists
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to identify service improvement opportunities
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of company products and services
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives through feedback analysis
- Support new customer onboarding and training processes
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years customer support experience in SaaS or tech industry
- Proficiency with Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and emotional intelligence
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Associate degree or equivalent professional certification
