Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with first-contact resolution
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems while maintaining data integrity
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex product/service issues
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer experience workflows
- Contribute to knowledge base development and training material updates
- Monitor customer feedback channels and escalate critical issues
- Maintain service level agreements with 95%+ performance targets
Qualifications
- 2+ years of customer support experience in high-volume environments
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and ticketing systems
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with empathetic communication style
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced settings while maintaining quality
- Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- Available for flexible scheduling including evenings/weekends
