Responsibilities
- Resolve complex customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with first-contact resolution
- Document cases accurately in Salesforce while maintaining SLA compliance
- Collaborate with engineering teams to escalate technical bugs and feature requests
- Develop product expertise through continuous training and knowledge base contributions
- Proactively identify process improvements to enhance customer experience
- Maintain positive CSAT scores above 95% through personalized support
- Mentor new team members on best practices and troubleshooting techniques
Qualifications
- 2+ years in technical customer support or SaaS environment
- Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce) and helpdesk systems (Zendesk)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to troubleshoot complex software and hardware issues
- Experience with remote work and digital collaboration tools
