Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with first-contact resolution
- Document cases accurately in Salesforce CRM while maintaining detailed records
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex product issues
- Proactively identify upsell opportunities to enhance customer value
- Participate in weekly training to maintain product expertise
- Monitor support metrics to improve response times and satisfaction scores
- Support new customer onboarding processes
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years customer service experience in B2B environment
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced setting
- Associate degree or equivalent experience required
- Technical aptitude for SaaS products
- Spanish language skills strongly preferred
- Flexible availability including occasional weekends
