- Handle 50+ daily customer interactions via phone, email, and chat with 95%+ satisfaction rate
- Diagnose technical issues and provide step-by-step resolutions for software/hardware problems
- Document cases meticulously in CRM system with 100% accuracy
- Collaborate with engineering teams to escalate critical bugs and feature requests
- Develop personalized solutions for enterprise clients using analytical thinking
- Maintain expert knowledge of product updates and industry trends
- Contribute to process improvements through regular feedback sessions
Qualifications
- 2+ years in technical customer support or related field
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and ticketing systems
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong problem-solving abilities with analytical aptitude
- Experience working with SaaS products or enterprise software
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations while maintaining composure
- High school diploma; bachelor's degree in relevant field preferred
