Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with 95%+ satisfaction rates
- Document interactions in CRM systems and identify process improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot complex product issues
- Maintain detailed knowledge of product offerings and service protocols
- Proactively identify upsell opportunities to enhance customer value
- Contribute to team training materials and knowledge base articles
- Meet/exceed daily performance metrics including response times and resolution rates
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years in customer support or related role
- Proficiency with Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in high-pressure situations
- Experience in SaaS or tech industry preferred
- Spanish bilingual skills a significant plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required
