- Document support cases in Salesforce CRM while maintaining 99% data accuracy
- Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot product issues and implement solutions
- Proactively identify process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction metrics
- Mentor new team members and conduct quarterly training workshops
- Analyze support trends to inform product development priorities
Qualifications
- 3+ years of customer support experience in SaaS or tech industry
- Proficiency with Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with neutral accent
- Ability to multitask across 5+ concurrent support channels
- Spanish fluency strongly preferred
- CompTIA A+ certification or equivalent technical knowledge
- Experience with ticket prioritization and SLA management
