Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with empathy and efficiency
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems and maintain detailed case notes
- Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot complex product issues
- Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and escalate feedback
- Meet monthly performance metrics including resolution time and satisfaction scores
- Participate in ongoing training to master product knowledge and support techniques

Qualifications
