Responsibilities
- Deliver friendly, efficient support via chat, email, and phone to resolve customer inquiries
- Document interactions accurately in our CRM system while maintaining confidentiality
- Collaborate with senior team members to resolve complex technical issues
- Proactively identify trends to improve customer experience processes
- Participate in bi-weekly training sessions to enhance product knowledge
- Support social media engagement by responding to customer comments
Qualifications
- Must be 16-19 years old and enrolled in high school or recent graduate
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a patient, customer-focused mindset
- Basic computer proficiency and quick learning of new software
- Ability to work 15-20 hours weekly with flexible scheduling
- Previous customer service experience is a bonus but not required
