- Document interactions and troubleshoot technical issues using our CRM platform
- Collaborate with senior team members to resolve complex cases

- Maintain high customer satisfaction metrics and response time standards
- Participate in bi-weekly training sessions on new products and soft skills
Qualifications
- Must be 16+ years old and enrolled in high school or recent graduate
- Strong communication skills with a friendly, patient demeanor
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and web-based tools
- Ability to work evenings and weekends (15-20 hours/week)
