Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with 95%+ satisfaction rate
- Document cases in Zendesk with precision and maintain detailed knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with engineering teams to escalate technical bugs and feature requests
- Monitor support tickets during assigned shifts and maintain SLA compliance
- Contribute to process improvements through quarterly team workshops
- Train new hires on support protocols and product knowledge
Qualifications
- 2+ years experience in technical customer support
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Zendesk/Salesforce preferred)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to troubleshoot complex software issues
- Experience with SaaS products or API documentation
- Spanish fluency a major plus
- Available for flexible shifts including weekends
