Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on first-contact resolution.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide step-by-step guidance to clients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions in our CRM system (Salesforce).
- Escalate complex issues to the technical team while ensuring the client remains informed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
- Conduct quality assurance checks on support tickets to ensure compliance with company standards.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Business or Technology preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer support or technical support.
- Experience with CRM software (Salesforce, Zendesk, or Intercom) is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure in a high-volume environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
