Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently while maintaining a positive tone.
- Accurately document customer interactions and account details in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the technical team to troubleshoot complex product issues.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services based on customer needs.
- Participate in daily team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred but not required).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
- Proficiency with computers and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
