- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, Product) to resolve complex customer escalations.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on clarity and empathy.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required for entry-level applicants.
