What You'll Do
As our new Customer Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our valued clients. You will play a critical role in ensuring our customers have a seamless experience with our software and services.
Responsibilities
- Manage high volumes of inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on first-contact resolution.
- Assist customers with technical troubleshooting, account setup, and product navigation.
- Document all customer interactions and issues accurately in our CRM database.
- Educate customers on product features and best practices to enhance their user experience.
- Escalate complex technical issues to the senior engineering team while providing interim support.
- Collaborate with the sales and product teams to provide feedback based on customer trends.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and professional tone.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a patient demeanor when dealing with frustrated customers.
- Basic computer proficiency and comfort learning new software systems.
