- Maintain a high first-contact resolution rate and customer satisfaction score (CSAT).
Qualifications

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with web-based software.
- Ability to de-escalate difficult situations with a calm and positive demeanor.
