Responsibilities
- Resolve Customer Inquiries: Assist clients via phone, email, and chat by answering questions and resolving technical or product-related issues.
- Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot problems efficiently while maintaining a positive and empathetic customer experience.
- Documentation: Accurately log customer interactions, feedback, and account details into our CRM system.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with company products and services to provide accurate information and recommendations.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and technical support teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Process Improvement: Identify trends in customer feedback and suggest improvements to our service protocols.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on clarity and tone.
- Attitude: A positive, patient, and customer-centric mindset.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office Suite) and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Reliability: Punctual and able to work flexible shifts, including weekends or evenings as needed.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills to identify root causes of customer issues.
