- Documentation: Log all customer interactions, feedback, and issues accurately into our CRM database.
- Training: Complete our structured onboarding program to learn our products and service standards.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the technical and sales teams to escalate complex issues.
- Quality Assurance: Maintain a high standard of communication tone and adherence to company scripts.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: No prior customer support experience is required; we focus on potential and attitude.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Technical: Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple software applications.
- Work Environment: Must have a quiet workspace and a reliable high-speed internet connection.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
