Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a high degree of professionalism and empathy.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues to resolve customer complaints efficiently.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in our CRM database.
- Escalate complex issues to the senior support team while ensuring the customer feels supported.
- Document solutions and feedback to help improve our products and services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address systemic customer pain points.
- Meet or exceed daily and monthly performance KPIs.
Qualifications
