Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on resolving issues efficiently.
- Assist customers in navigating our software and products through clear, step-by-step guidance.
- Log and update customer interactions and account details accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the technical team to escalate complex issues and find effective solutions.
- Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and suggest process improvements.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework is a plus but not required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and professional tone.
- Basic computer literacy and typing proficiency.
- A positive attitude and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- No prior customer support experience required. We value potential, attitude, and work ethic over past history.
