Responsibilities
- Manage high volumes of incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on empathy and efficiency.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues or product-related questions to provide accurate resolutions.
- Log and track all customer interactions in our CRM database, ensuring detailed and accurate documentation.
- Collaborate with the technical team to escalate complex issues and provide feedback on common customer pain points.
- Proactively communicate with customers regarding order status, account updates, or service changes.
- Stay up-to-date on product features and policies to provide informed support.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in a related field is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a patient and professional demeanor.
- Basic computer literacy and typing speed of at least 40 WPM.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think on your feet.
