Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone with a friendly and professional tone.
- Assist customers in troubleshooting basic technical problems and navigating our software platform.
- Document customer interactions and feedback in our internal ticketing system accurately.
- Educate customers on product features and best practices to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the technical team to escalate complex issues and provide feedback.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years old.
- Currently enrolled in High School or College (part-time preferred).
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with using the internet.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
