Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with 95%+ satisfaction rate
- Document cases accurately in Salesforce CRM system
- Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot complex issues
- Proactively identify upsell opportunities for premium services
- Maintain SLA adherence for first-contact resolution
- Train customers on product features and self-service tools
- Analyze support patterns to improve knowledge base resources
Qualifications
- 2+ years of technical customer support experience
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce/Zendesk)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment
- Associate degree or equivalent experience
- Experience with SaaS products preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
- Valid Texas driver's license for occasional client meetings
