Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on first-contact resolution.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues and provide step-by-step solutions to end-users.
- Document all customer interactions and feedback accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the product and technical teams to escalate complex issues and suggest product improvements.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our products/services to provide accurate information.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree or relevant technical certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or technical support.

- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
