Responsibilities
- Delocate customer inquiries via chat, email, and social media
- Troubleshoot technical issues with teen-friendly patience
- Document interactions in our CRM system
- Collaborate with product teams to improve teen experiences
- Maintain positive brand voice across all channels
- Participate in monthly innovation sprints
Qualifications
- Must be 16-19 years old (high school students welcome!)
- Exceptional written & verbal communication skills
- Basic tech proficiency (Google Workspace, social media)
- Positive attitude with problem-solving mindset
- Ability to work 15-25 hours/week (evenings/weekends)
- High school diploma or equivalent (in progress accepted)
- Passion for helping peers and learning new tech
