Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, live chat, and phone in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist customers with troubleshooting common technical issues and product navigation.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and support tickets in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the product team to provide feedback on common customer concerns.
- Stay updated on product features and company policies to provide accurate information.
- Uphold a positive and empathetic tone in all communications to de-escalate situations.
Qualifications
- Must be between the ages of 16 and 19 years old.
- Currently enrolled in High School (preferred) or a recent graduate.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong computer literacy and typing speed.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
- A friendly, patient, and service-oriented attitude.
