Responsibilities
- Handle 50-80 inbound/outbound calls daily regarding product inquiries and order support
- Utilize CRM software to document customer interactions and update records
- Meet or exceed daily performance metrics (handle time, resolution rate)
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve complex customer escalations
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and service skills
- Maintain positive brand representation through all customer communications
- Adhere to strict confidentiality and data security protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Minimum 1 year customer service or call center experience
- Strong typing skills (35+ WPM) and basic computer proficiency
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening abilities
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
