Responsibilities
- Handle 50-80 daily calls with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding billing, products, and services
- Document interactions in CRM systems with 100% accuracy
- Meet/exceed daily performance metrics (AHT, CSAT, FCR)
- Collaborate with team leads to improve service quality
- Adhere to compliance protocols for sensitive data handling
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service or call center experience
- Typing speed of 35+ WPM with high accuracy
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, Zendesk)
- Clear, articulate communication in English (bilingual Spanish a plus)
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet workspace
- Ability to work flexible shifts (evenings/weekends required)
- Valid US work authorization and background clearance
