- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve billing, technical, and service issues using CRM systems
- Meet/exceed performance metrics for call quality and resolution rates
- Document interactions accurately in compliance with company policies

- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge
- Maintain positive customer relationships through consistent follow-up
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 6 months customer service or call center experience
- Proficient in typing (40+ WPM) and basic computer applications
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings/weekends
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Reliable transportation to our downtown El Paso location
