- Handle inbound/outbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve inquiries, process orders, and troubleshoot technical issues

Qualifications

- 6+ months customer service or call center experience
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills

- Basic computer proficiency with typing speed of 35+ WPM
