Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound calls for healthcare enrollment programs
- Process applications and provide detailed benefit information
- Maintain accurate call logs and customer records
- Meet daily performance metrics (30+ calls/day)
- Resolve customer inquiries with empathy and efficiency
- Collaborate with team leads to improve service quality
- Participate in weekly training sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 6+ months customer service experience
- Strong typing skills (40+ WPM)
- Excellent communication and active listening skills
- Ability to navigate multiple software systems simultaneously
- Reliable transportation to downtown KC location
- Flexible availability including evenings/weekends
- Background check and drug screen required
