Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- 1+ years customer service or call center experience
- Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills
- Ability to type 35+ WPM with 98% accuracy
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Reliable transportation to downtown Minneapolis location
- Flexibility to work evenings/weekends (12-hour shifts available)
