Responsibilities
- Handle 50-80 inbound/outbound calls daily with exceptional customer service
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding billing, technical issues, and product information
- Meet daily performance metrics (average handle time, first-call resolution)
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems
- Collaborate with team leads to improve service quality
- Adhere to strict compliance protocols and data security standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous call center or customer service experience preferred
- Strong typing skills (40+ WPM) and computer literacy
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening abilities
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings/weekends
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Reliable transportation to Tech Center Drive location
