Responsibilities
- Handle 50-80 inbound/outbound calls daily with exceptional professionalism
- Resolve customer inquiries using CRM tools while maintaining 90%+ satisfaction scores
- Meet/exceed KPIs including average handle time (AHT) and first-call resolution (FCR)
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce/Zendesk systems
- Adapt to script changes for multiple client campaigns
- Participate in daily team huddles for performance optimization
- Uphold PCI compliance during payment processing transactions
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months call center or high-volume customer service experience
- Typing speed of 35+ WPM with 98% accuracy
- Proficiency in Windows OS and CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Fluent English/Spanish bilingualism required
- Reliable transportation to downtown Miami office
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Must possess positive attitude during peak call volumes
