Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve billing issues, product questions, and service complaints
- Process orders and transactions using our proprietary CRM system
- Document all interactions in real-time with precision
- Meet/exceed KPIs for resolution time and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for complex issues
- Participate in ongoing product and soft-skills training
Qualifications
- 1+ years customer service or call center experience
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce/Zendesk preferred)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to type 40+ WPM with high accuracy
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree a plus)
- Must pass background check and drug screening
