Responsibilities
- Handle 50-75 daily inbound/outbound calls with professionalism
- Resolve customer inquiries using CRM software (Salesforce experience a plus)
- Meet/exceed daily performance metrics (AHT, FCR, CSAT)
- Document interactions accurately in compliance with federal regulations
- Collaborate with team leads to improve service quality
- Participate in ongoing training sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 6+ months customer service or call center experience preferred
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
- Ability to type 35+ WPM with high accuracy
- Proficient with Windows OS and basic software
- Reliable transportation to downtown Detroit location
- Flexible availability Monday-Friday (8am-6pm)
