Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Architect and execute a comprehensive long-term technology roadmap that aligns with the company's strategic goals for 2026 and beyond.
- Innovation Leadership: Spearhead Research and Development (R&D) initiatives in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and emerging tech stacks.
- Team Building: Recruit, mentor, and cultivate a world-class engineering and product team culture.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical strategies into actionable insights for executive leadership and investors.
- Partnerships: Identify and forge strategic alliances with key technology providers and academic institutions.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of progressive experience in technology leadership, with at least 5 years in a Director or VP-level role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of defining and executing multi-year technology roadmaps.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of cloud architecture, system integration, and emerging tech trends.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex ideas to diverse audiences, from developers to C-suite executives.
