Responsibilities
- Define and articulate the long-term technology vision for the organization, specifically focusing on advancements relevant to 2026 and the post-AI era.
- Lead cross-functional teams in researching, evaluating, and integrating emerging technologies such as Generative AI, Quantum Computing, and Advanced Robotics.
- Develop a scalable technology roadmap that aligns with business objectives and drives competitive advantage.
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Oversee the budget allocation for capital expenditures related to software, hardware, and infrastructure upgrades.
- Communicate complex technical strategies to the executive board and non-technical stakeholders.
- Identify potential risks and regulatory challenges in new technological implementations.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in senior leadership roles within the Technology or Consulting sectors, with at least 5 years in strategic planning.
- Deep technical knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning architectures, and data science pipelines.
- Proven track record of successfully launching innovative products or services that have disrupted the market.
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Exceptional strategic thinking skills with the ability to forecast market trends and technological shifts.
- Strong leadership presence and excellent communication skills, capable of influencing C-suite executives.
- Experience managing large-scale budgets and complex vendor relationships.
