- Strategic Execution: Lead cross-functional teams to integrate cutting-edge solutions into core business operations and product development.
- Resource Allocation: Assess and allocate budget for R&D initiatives that have high potential for 2026 and beyond.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical strategies to the C-Suite and non-technical stakeholders effectively.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, technology management, or executive leadership roles.
- Visionary Mindset: Proven track record of successfully launching technology initiatives 3-5 years in advance.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in cloud architecture, AI integration, and digital transformation.
- Education: Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or an MBA.
