Responsibilities
- Strategic Visioning: Lead the development of the company's 2026 strategic roadmap, focusing on disruptive technologies and market shifts.
- Trend Analysis: Monitor and analyze global technology trends, regulatory changes, and consumer behavior to predict future needs.
- R&D Collaboration: Partner with engineering and product teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex future scenarios to the C-suite and board members to secure buy-in for long-term investments.
- Innovation Labs: Manage the incubation of new business units and technologies intended to launch around or before 2026.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate development, or technology leadership.
