Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound calls with professionalism and empathy

Qualifications
- No prior experience required - we train all new hires
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Ability to type 30+ WPM
- Proficient with basic computer applications
- Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
- Reliable transportation to downtown Fort Worth
- Availability for flexible shifts including evenings/weekends
