Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve billing, technical, and service inquiries using CRM systems
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce and internal databases
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Meet/exceed performance metrics for call quality and resolution times
- Participate in ongoing product and process training sessions
- Contribute to team improvement initiatives through feedback sharing
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and customer focus
- Basic computer proficiency with willingness to learn CRM tools
