Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- Minimum 6 months customer service or call center experience
- Strong typing skills (30+ WPM) and basic computer proficiency
- Exceptional verbal communication and active listening abilities
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings/weekends
- Positive attitude with problem-solving mindset under pressure
