Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer support via inbound/outbound calls, chats, and emails
- Resolve technical inquiries and troubleshoot software/hardware issues
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems while maintaining HIPAA compliance
- Collaborate with Tier 2 support teams for complex escalations
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including CSAT and AHT targets
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintain strict confidentiality of customer data
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 0-2 years customer service or call center experience
- Proficiency in Windows OS and basic software troubleshooting
- Typing speed of 40+ WPM with 95% accuracy
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings/weekends
- Passion for technology and customer-centric mindset
- Valid US work authorization
