Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound/outbound calls with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding products/services through first-contact resolution
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems while maintaining data integrity
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including call handling time and CSAT scores
- Collaborate with team members to share best practices and process improvements
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and soft skills
- Adhere strictly to compliance protocols and data security standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Exceptional verbal communication skills with clear articulation
- Strong problem-solving abilities and active listening aptitude
- Basic computer proficiency with 30+ WPM typing accuracy
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced, high-stress environments
- Previous customer service experience preferred but not required
- Reliable transportation to downtown Louisville location
