Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound calls with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding products/services through first-contact resolution
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems while maintaining data integrity
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including call quality and response times
- Collaborate with team members to share best practices and knowledge

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework preferred)
- Minimum 6 months customer service or call center experience
