Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume incoming and outgoing customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.

Qualifications

- Strong verbal communication skills with a professional and friendly telephone manner.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed of 35+ WPM.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
