Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of incoming and outgoing customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Resolve customer issues, complaints, and questions with patience, empathy, and professionalism.
- Accurately log customer interactions, account details, and resolutions into the CRM system.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services to existing customers.
- Evaluate customer feedback to help improve service protocols and product offerings.
- Maintain a high level of knowledge regarding company policies, products, and services.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a professional telephone manner.
- Basic computer proficiency (typing speed of 35+ WPM is a plus).
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
- Reliable internet connection and a home office setup (if remote) or willingness to commute.
